If you are yet to deposit to your Pinnacle account, you can contact us and we will change the currency it uses.
However, if you have deposited to your account, even if your current balance is zero, to change your currency we will have to close your existing account and open a new one on your behalf. Once this process is complete, your current account will be locked and you will no longer have access to log in to it.
Once your new account is created, you will be sent a new password and required to reset your password upon logging in to it for the first time. You will also need to ensure that you have a security question and answer and that all of your personal details are correct. You can do this on the My Account page after logging in.
Any balance from your previous account not including that staked on pending bets will be converted and added to your new account. Once any pending bets are graded, please contact us if there are any additional funds to be converted and added to your account.
Transfers from one currency to another are processed using the daily rate from www.oanda.com, which is the standard interbank rate. Transfers between accounts with different currencies incur a surcharge of 2.75% of the funds transferred.
Clients may only change the currency that their account uses once.
