Pinnacle grades tennis bets in the event of retirement and disqualification as follows:

Head-to-head matchups

At least one full set of the match must be completed for Money Line bets to stand. If less than one set is completed, all Money Line bets will be considered void. The winner of the match is the participant declared the victor by the match umpire.

For instance, if Player A trails Player B 0-6 0-2 and Player B is forced to retire due to injury or disqualification, all Money Line bets stand. Player A is declared the winner while Player B is deemed the loser. All other bets on Spread, Total, Team Total and Sets markets will be declared void regardless of the current score.

If a player retires before the first set is completed, all bets on the match will be considered void.

First set betting

If the first set is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all bets on the match will be considered void. Such bets will be cancelled and funds refunded. If the first set in a match is completed, the bets on the first set are graded and will stand on that line.

Sets betting

If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all set bets will be considered void. Such bets will be cancelled and funds refunded.

For instance, if we offer Player A (-1.5 sets or -2.5 sets ) vs. Player B (1.5 sets or 2.5 sets), the match must be completed. If the match is not completed, bets on that line are void. If we offer Player A to win exactly 2 sets to 1 or Player B to win exactly 2 sets to 1, those lines would be cancelled and refunded in the case of a retirement as well.

Handicap and total games betting

If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all Handicap and Total Games bets will be considered void, regardless of the score of the match. Such bets will be cancelled and funds refunded.

Proposition bets

If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all proposition bets will be considered void. Such bets will be cancelled and funds refunded, with some exceptions pertaining to proposition bets that require the completion of an individual set.

Examples:

- To Win first set (must complete first set)

- Correct Score of first set (must complete first set)

- Tie-break proposition bets (Must complete set)

2. For unique proposition bets on individual matches, the official tournament website statistics will be used for grading purposes.

For instance, for a Total Aces proposition bet on Nadal vs. Djokovic in an Australian Open semi-final, stats taken from www.ausopen.com would be used for grading that bet.

3. The time of the match will be taken from the official tournament's website. Rain delays are not included in the official time of the match.

4. Yes/No Player to win proposition bets:

If a bet is placed before the tournament starts, the player must play one point in the tournament to have action.

If a bet is placed after the tournament has begun, the player must start his/her next scheduled match for the bet to have action.
