To assist with quick resolutions, it is important to:
- Use the email address registered to your account
- Include your Client ID and the date and time relevant to the complaint
- Provide all details relevant to the issue.

Once received, we will review the issue, and respond within 72 hours of receiving the initial complaint. Where applicable, we will provide a resolution in compliance with our existing Terms & Conditions.
